Where is the project?

Both Halligan and Seaman reservoirs are situated on the North Fork of the Poudre River. The Halligan Reservoir is located in the foothills above Cherokee Park and is owned by the City of Fort Collins. Milton Seaman Reservoir is owned by the City of Greeley and is located just above Fort Collins’ Gateway Park.
